Article reçu avec la teinture déchirée sur tout les haut de 40cm. la vendeuse refuse de faire un geste commercial et rend difficile les démarches sachant que je lui ai déjà envoyé des photos. Elle me demande de lui en renvoyer encore. a fuir grosse arnaque. À chaque fois que je passe commande chez cette vendeuse j’ai est toujours un problème. entreprise pas serieuse du tout

Après plus de 60 jours d’attente , j’ai reçu mon colis avec la moitié cassé. J’ai payé plus de 300 € de frais de livraison et attendu plus de 60 jours pour recevoir tout casser. la vendeuse refuse de faire un geste commercial et en plus de ça et très hautaine et se moque de moi. a fuir

The tray broken because of the bad shipping, you told me the package carton is WELL condition, it's miraculous. I didn's ask any proof and agreed to refund you. But you said we packed the broken trays to you, who are make the fun? I have also show you how the cartons we packed before shipping. but you didn't show us the pictures when you received. Just show us the tray is broken, what's the truth?
